Operating from Newcastle, Australia, RBDS is committed to building quality project teams in regional NSW. Currently we service the Construction, Infrastructure and Mining Industries. We have a commitment to bringing quality construction and mining professionals to the region by offering our clients commercially viable rates for services.

RBDS sources its candidates from within the industry. We have a unique network of contacts that supply us with quality candidates to ensure our clients receive tier one personnel. Rather than traditional database recruitment, RBDS is proactive in keeping track of trends, industry movements, RBDS rarely advertises for positions as we strongly believe in our onward referral method of recruitment. When we do advertise, it is always for the best interests of our clients.

Cost Effective Solutions

RBDS is committed to providing our clients with Cost Effective solutions. We can work on a retained fee, to build the entire project team, or as most clients prefer, contingent based assignments. Our rates are set at 8% for all placements under $200k, and 15% for all placements over $200K.
